• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing
• Endorse any property, user, or transaction
• Assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of properties listed

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nigerent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
